We are now looking for a mobile physiotherapist for Närhälsan's rehabilitation clinics in western Skaraborg.

You will have one of the clinics as your base location but will work at other rehabilitation clinics in the area as needed. The location for your base can be arranged by agreement with you.

About the job

As a physiotherapist at Närhälsan, you will work with a large variety of patients of all ages, which gives you good opportunities to develop in your profession. You will, for more or less long periods, strengthen the staffing at our clinics in western/southwestern Skaraborg. It may also be relevant for you to work a few days a week at one clinic and the rest of the week at another, depending on the needs.

The work consists of both patient visits at the clinic, digital visits, and home visits. Treatments are conducted both individually and in groups. You work independently, but also in a team with others at the clinic.

You will work with a large variety of patients, giving you good opportunities to develop in your profession. We see continuous development and education as a given and offer this to all our employees. We work with mentorship, and you will be introduced to the work by your colleagues.

Working hours are scheduled during the day, Monday to Friday, with flexible hours. Some remote work may be possible.

About you

You who are applying are a licensed physiotherapist, with good knowledge and experience of working in primary care. You enjoy having varied tasks and traveling for work.

To thrive in the position, we believe you are communicative, take initiative, flexible, and have a good ability to collaborate with colleagues as well as work independently. Traveling for work occurs. A B driver's license is required.

About the recruitment process

Selection takes place in two steps. The first selection is made by recruiters in the HR department who call candidates for a phone interview. Then the recruiting manager makes a second selection of the applicants and invites them for an interview at the clinic.

We use competency-based interviews, which means that the answers to the questions should be based on actual situations. It is important that you describe as concrete situations as possible and try to avoid generalizing answers – this is so we can understand the situation, why you acted as you did, and what the outcome was.
